DELIVERY NOTES As a part of the unavoidable paperwork involved in delivering organic livestock to an abattoir, we have downloadable copies of our own delivery notes, as well as those from the main abattoirs. N.B. As from January 2010, each consignment will require new information on the Food Chain. This information is included in the new Delivery Notes. However, in the case of Vion abattoirs (WCF & St Merryn) there is an additional Food Chain Info Sheet to complete IF you cannot fulfil all the declarations on the delivery sheet. These extra forms are listed below for downloading. If you are in any doubt, please contact the Graig Producers office (01597 851704).
Graig Producers Delivery Note For all stock delivered to an abattoir we need to receive the top half of the Graig Farm Delivery note, either by post or by fax, to Graig Farm. If you have printed delivery notes you can copy these as often as you like. Otherwise click on the link to download the delivery note pdf, which will need to be printed off, filled in by hand and returned to us for each batch of livestock sold. Please remember to sign and date the form. We regret we cannot complete payment to you without this completed Delivery Note.	Download here
