Current prices for organic Beef, Cull Cow, OTM (30-48 months) Beef, and Lamb are available on the opening page of the Members' area.
Whilst today's livestock prices are useful, it is also important to see where these prices fit into seasonal trends. Historic prices are available in graphical form for organic beef, organic cull cows and organic lambs.
All abattoirs have a grid of price premiums and penalties to encourage animals to be delivered of the size and shape that they require. These grids vary between abattoirs. The current grids are available for each species and each abattoir that GP supplies.
